As you know my brother, David, designed and drew up the original plans for the conversion of one bedroom to an en suite for the main bedroom. David had spent many years as Associate Director in Building and Construction at the Moreton Institute of TAFE, and prior to that managed his own Construction business. I left the supervision of the works to him. From his first meeting with you, he was impressed by your professionalism, and attention to detail – he felt you spoke the same language, and he was very happy for you to go ahead. We thank you for speeding up the process and completing the major portion of the work prior to Christmas.
We are happy with the high standard of the work performed, and the fact that the process was completed with minimum of disturbance and noise, while Dorothy was in a delicate state of health and could have been easily upset by any lack of consideration of that. I would like you to pass on our appreciation of these facts to your team that did the work here.
Thanks for arranging with the carpet cleaners to shampoo the carpets – Nerida is very impressed with the job they did, and I am sure Dorothy would have been also.
